Dr. Dolores Kuchina-Musina is the visionary Chief Disruptor at REXOTA Solutions, a powerhouse boutique firm renowned for its expertise in orchestrating the strategic intricacies of Federal contract/agreement awards, small business growth, international procurement, and innovation across academia. With over a decade of rich cross-sector expertise, Dr. Kuchina-Musina has navigated the complexities of federal, state, and international public procurement, showcasing unparalleled prowess in directing and managing high-stakes strategic pursuits.

Her impact extends far beyond traditional roles, as Dr. Kuchina-Musina actively collaborates on business development, spearheads proposal development, and leads change management initiatives, orchestrating transformative shifts in procurement acquisitions. Notably, she serves as a strategic linchpin, providing invaluable risk management support for Federal compliance contracts.

In 2019, Dr. Kuchina-Musina earned the distinguished title of one of the prominent “Millennials on the Move” by The Business Magazine of Coastal Virginia, solidifying her status as a dynamic force. She has been recognized for her substantial contributions to the business community across academia and through civic engagements. In April 2020, Dr. Kuchina-Musina received the prestigious Jacques S. Gansler Fellowship from the esteemed Professional Services Council Foundation.

Dr. Kuchina-Musina holds a Ph.D. in Public Administration and Policy, an MBA from Old Dominion University, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Christopher Newport University. Her formidable qualifications include a graduate certificate in Public Procurement and Contract Management (PPCM). Notably recognized as an NCMA Fellow and a Certified Federal Contract Manager (CFCM), Dolores has seamlessly juggled numerous leadership positions in local non-profit organizations, further attesting to her dynamic leadership and community impact.
