REXOTA's Mission

REXOTA is built to keep curiosity alive by fostering cross-sector collaboration by leveraging unique skillsets, strategic partnerships, and applying measurable rigor.

Founded in 2021 by Dr. Dolores Kuchina-Musina, REXOTA's mission is to revolutionize the way we look at acquisition and innovation policy. She believes that by educating and supporting businesses, government, and academics the acquisition process can improve and retain the authorities that support innovation policy.

Meet Dr. Kuchina-Musina, the Chief Disruptor

"My inspiration in starting REXOTA was to create change in the innovation policy space and acquisition to help promote new idea generation and cross-sector collaboration."

Dr. Dolores Kuchina-Musina has over 10 years' experience in federal, state, and international public procurement, specifically directing and managing strategic pursuits in collaboration with business development, proposal development, change management initiatives for Federal procurement acquisitions and served as a strategic partner in providing risk management support for Federal compliance contracts.

In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and her furry companions while reading up on the newest innovation policies.

Meet Mura,
the Chief Mascot

We have all heard the term "dinosaurs" in the government handling the contracts and these are the individuals that have the institutional knowledge that is essential to understanding the current environment. In the last 10 years, there has been a focus on finding the "unicorns" that bring new ideas and can think of creative solutions.

REXOTA blends the two archetypes into Mura the dinocorn and leverages both institutional knowledge and academic literature with a creative twist to help navigate the rapid technological advancement we see today.
